Day 5: Say Hello to the Cows

Okay, so I guess it's pretty evident now that I won't be blogging every day. Babies have a tendancy to suck up a lot of valuable blogging time. Speaking of babies, happy mother's day everyone! A special thank you goes out to my mom for putting up with all my whinning, pooping, crying, and general annoyingness... now that I am a mom myself I can appreciate my mother's loving tollerance so much more!

Today's run was much more difficult... but hey, it's only for another 16 days. From the very first step to the very last stride I felt like a skinny minny trapped in a chubby wubby's body. Near the end, while we were desperately trying to dig up some motivation, Kaytlyn and I started dreaming (and laughing) about the day we can run without our thighs touching. It's gross, but I know your laughing because you know exactly what I'm talking about.

We also took some time to say hello to the feild of cows we ran by. I moo'd at them, and they looked at me, running, like I was SO stupid... I don't think I've ever seen a cow run, have you? My husband and I once had a conversation about what cows might think about out in the pasture... those cows don't have any worries. They don't worry about whether the farmer is going to get up for work that day. As long as the other cows don't poo on their salad, they couldn't be happier.

Tomorrow will be easier, as it always is.
